Rajshree roll forming machines manufactures roll forming lines to produce long lengths of corrugated/trapezoidal roofing sheets in different sizes and designs. According to the requirement these lines are customized in nature and could also be altered. Any of the raw material colour coated or galvanized iron or galvalume or aluminium can be formed from thickness 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm with dimensional accuracy within the tolerance limits. The coil width inputs could be up to 1300/1350 mm depending on the profile design and size that need to be produced. The whole line consists of decoiler, coil car, pre-punching unit, roll forming unit, profile straightening unit, static/fly cut shearing unit, run out conveyor and stacking table. If required secondary processes as pre-punching, post punching, notching, embossing, etc, can be also included within the line. Specifications : line speed: 10 metre/minute to 30 metre/minute [opt by machine] ; production capacity: 2800 metres to 13500 metres/ 8 hr shift. To operate the line, 1 skilled and 2/4 unskilled workers are required. Depending on the respective machine configuration - 25 hp to 40 hp power along with compressed air is required.
